  • Security deposit:

    • Equals 1 month's rent + unit bills

    • Paid at booking

    • Refunded 5 days after checkout and inspection

    1. Ensures the room is returned as received. (Damages or missing items deducted.)

    2. Guarantees you stick to the exit date – or give 60 days' notice if flexible.

    3. Covers lost rental income if you cancel.
